This is memorable, I think. It\'s from Jennifer Coopersmith, Energy, the Subtle Concept (Oxford University Press, 2015), p.318:

The nucleus is a tiny object (~ 10-15 m), about as big a reduction in the size of the atom (~ 10-10 m) as the atom is from a hair\'s breadth (~ 10-5 m).
